Summary:
Learn how the Product Help Center help you find answers while working in Basware — through contextual articles and search.
What is the Product Help Center?
The Product Help Center is an in-product help panel designed to help you find guidance without leaving the page you are working on. It provides help articles, search results, and contextual suggestions based on where you are in the product. The internal Product Help Center epic describes it as a comprehensive resource for user guidance, intended to provide a richer user experience.
When you need help, you open the Product Help Center from the product’s first-level navigation bar. The help widget then opens and shows content that is relevant to the product area or view you are currently using, such as “what can I do in this view?” or “how do I…?”

For example, if you are working in an invoice view, the Help Center can prioritize invoice-related articles. If SmartCoding is enabled for your tenant and you are viewing an invoice, SmartCoding-related content can be part of the relevant help context.
The Help Center tries to understand the page you are on and show articles that match it.
