If a KATRE alert is received from the Tax Administration, the most common cause is a temporary service interruption or processing delay on the Tax Administration's side. In such cases, the issue is usually resolved automatically during the next KATRE reporting run, and no action is required.

As an administrative user, log in to WebAdmin and perform the following steps:
When reviewing KATRE statuses, check all relevant statuses except Reported. The Reported status typically returns a very large number of results, as most documents have been successfully reported since year 2019.
It is also recommended to occasionally review documents with the statuses Pending Invalidation, Pending invalidation respond and Invalidated to ensure that they are valid and expected.

If a subsequent KATRE reporting run has already taken place, there should normally be no older documents remaining in a pending status. The only exceptions are documents created on the current day that are still awaiting processing.
