TEM - How to check if all documents are katre-reported


Handling KATRE Alerts

If a KATRE alert is received from the Tax Administration, the most common cause is a temporary service interruption or processing delay on the Tax Administration's side. In such cases, the issue is usually resolved automatically during the next KATRE reporting run, and no action is required.

To determine whether any follow-up actions are needed, verify the reporting status of the affected documents:

  • If all documents have been successfully reported in a subsequent KATRE run, no further action is required.
  • If some documents have still not been reported, identify the affected documents and investigate the reason for the failure.
  • Depending on the findings, corrective action may be required either by the customer or by Basware Support to ensure that the missing documents are reported successfully.

Review the KATRE reporting results/status carefully before taking any further action. This will help determine whether the issue has been resolved automatically or whether manual intervention is required.

Checking KATRE Reporting Status

As an administrative user, log in to WebAdmin and perform the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Reports → Financial Administration → KATRE Processing Report.
  2. Select a KATRE Status value.

When reviewing KATRE statuses, check all relevant statuses except Reported. The Reported status typically returns a very large number of results, as most documents have been successfully reported since year 2019.

It is also recommended to occasionally review documents with the statuses Pending Invalidation, Pending invalidation respond and Invalidated to ensure that they are valid and expected.

The most important statuses to monitor are:

  • Pending Transfer
  • Pending Reply

If a subsequent KATRE reporting run has already taken place, there should normally be no older documents remaining in a pending status. The only exceptions are documents created on the current day that are still awaiting processing.

If previously paid documents remain in a pending status after the next KATRE run has been completed, please contact Basware Support for further investigation.

 

 

If no documents are returned in either the Pending Transfer or Pending Reply status reports, KATRE processing has been completed successfully and no further action is required.
