Overview
Since 5 January 2026, 14:00 UTC, we have been experiencing an issue affecting document deliveries to receivers on the Peppol network.
Business documents are not lost, but you may notice intermittent delays when sending documents through the service.
Scope
Only business documents delivered to Peppol are affected. All other Basware services remain fully operational.
Current Status
Our teams are actively working through the remaining backlog and continue to process documents to reduce delays and stabilize performance.
At the same time, our development teams are implementing improvements to the Peppol service to ensure long-term stability and reliability.
Next Steps
We will carefully introduce these improvements using a controlled release approach to ensure a smooth and stable transition. We continue to monitor service performance closely to ensure consistent behavior while the improvements are being finalized.
We expect these improvements to be deployed by the end of January at the latest, while continuing to prioritize timely processing of all pending documents.
