Summary:

This article is to explain the functionality of Partial Export.

Export Partial Data :  With this functionality user can partially Export external tables listed below :-

 EXT_ACC_LIST_*
 EXT_INV_LIST_*
 ADM_TAX_CODES
 ADM_ACCOUNTS
 ADM_COST_CENTERS
 ADM_PAYMENT_TERMS

 

Make sure:

Only System users can access the Export functionality and must be having rights of Data management and View history.

 

Instructions:

To Export the tables, please follow below steps:

 1. Select the configuration tool from the System settings option 

                          

 2. Select the history option and then the Export option. 

 3. Once the export option is clicked, a pop up screen will appear as illustrated in below screenshot.

           

 4. Select the necessary table that you want to export and click on export. An XML file will be downloaded containing all the tables data in single XML file.
