Summary: This article outlines the steps to extend an existing campaign in the Basware Portal and describes how to manage scenarios in which a campaign has expired.

Instructions:

• Log in to your Basware Portal account and navigate to the Home page.

 

• Click on your username, and from the dropdown menu, select My Company.

 

 

• Select the correct company where the receiving service is active and the campaign has been created.

 

• Go to More Actions and, from the dropdown menu, select View Campaigns.

• Locate the expired campaign that needs to be extended.

 

 

• Click the Edit button for the selected campaign.

 

Update the Start Date to today’s date or as provided by the customer, and set the End Date to no more than three months from the start date.

Campaigns can only be edited by users with Company Administrator rights. If you do not have these permissions, please contact a colleague who has Company Administrator access.
