Enabling the GenAI Feature

Overview

The GenAI feature provides advanced AI-driven insights and analysis capabilities within the platform. However, before a user can access and use this feature, certain user rights must be enabled.

This article explains the specific rights required and provides step-by-step instructions for enabling them.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, ensure you have Administrator access or the necessary permissions to modify user roles and rights in Administration Mode.

Required User Rights

To access and use the GenAI feature, a user must have the following three user rights assigned under the Insights module:

1. Ask & Analyze All Topics
2. Ask & Analyze Invoice Header Data
3. Ask & Analyze Matching Data

These rights collectively enable the user to fully interact with the GenAI tools and retrieve analytical insights across different data domains.

How to Enable GenAI User Rights

Follow the steps below to assign the required rights:

1. Go to Administration Mode
   • Log in to your system with admin credentials.
   • Navigate to the Administration Mode section.
2. Open User Role Settings
   • Select User Role from the available administrative options.
3. Select the User Group
   • Choose the user group or role that requires access to the GenAI feature.
4. Access the "Insights" Module
   • Within the selected user group, open the Module dropdown or section.
   • Choose Insights.
5. Assign the Required User Rights 
   • In the list of available rights, locate and select the following options: 
     • Ask & Analyze All Topics
     • Ask & Analyze Invoice Header Data
     • Ask & Analyze Matching Data
6. Save Your Changes
   • Click Save or Apply to update the role settings.
