Verian-Updating Contact Information in Automated Approver Notifications


Overview

This article outlines the steps required to update the contact information displayed in automated approver notification emails. These details are managed through specific system settings.

 

Steps:

  1. Access System Settings
    Navigate to:
    Admin Wheel → System → System Settings

            Locate the Relevant System Settings

    • System Setting - 505: Admin Contact Email
    • System Setting - 500: Admin Contact Name
  1. Update the Contact Information
    • Modify the values for the contact’s name and email address as needed.
    • Click "Save Setting" to apply the changes.

                 

         3. Review and Reset the System

                       

                     


This will update these system settings to the new values as per your requirement.

 

Outcome

After completing these steps, the updated contact information will automatically appear in all subsequent automated approver notification emails.
