Make sure:

Ensure you're using the original SSO login URL provided by Basware. And if you have used the correct URL, please check the following.

 

Possible Cause:

When logging in via SSO, the platform may redirect users to a specific module (like Accounts Payable or Edge) after successful authentication.

If the user bookmarks this redirected URL instead of the original SSO login URL, the next time they use the bookmark, it may lead them to a Forms Login page instead of initiating SSO.

 

Solution:

To resolve this issue:

• Do not bookmark the redirected URL that appears after login (e.g., Accounts Payable or Edge).
• Instead, ensure you're using the original SSO login URL provided by Basware.

 

How to Fix an Existing Bookmark:

If you've already bookmarked the incorrect (redirected) URL:

• Right-click on the bookmark in your browser.
• Select Edit.
• In the Edit dialog box, replace the URL with the correct SSO login URL originally shared with you by Basware.   
• 
• Save the changes.

This updated bookmark will now correctly route you through SSO.
