Important Notes:

The P2P Admin Tool only retains recent data—typically from the past few days.
For older data or if the information is not visible:
Raise a support ticket with Basware to retrieve historical job logs.

This limitation exists because:
The system doesn't store large volumes of frequent scheduler job data.
For example, tasks that run every 15 minutes or multiple times a day are not stored long-term in the Admin Tool.

Using Splunk for Historical or Detailed Logs

For complete visibility into job execution history, including errors, warnings, and failures, use Splunk.
Splunk captures all job logs, regardless of frequency or time range.

There is no fixed retention period for job data in either:

P2P Admin Tool or Splunk.

Retention varies depending on the scheduler task type and log volume.

Recommendation

Use the P2P Admin Tool for checking recent job statuses. For historical analysis or frequent scheduler tasks, refer to Splunk or contact Basware Support.
