Maintenance Summary:
Basware will perform a maintenance update on the infrastructure layer during the service break.
BT is Basware strategic transaction system and the introduced infrastructural changes are part of our continuous modernization practices to improve your document delivery services.
These changes will improve the performance, scalability features of our systems, which will ensure that our services will be able to handle future document processing needs within the agreed SLAs.
Maintenance Impact:
All services and interfaces will be taken offline for the duration of the maintenance.
This will prevent the upload of new documents, as well as the delivery of existing business documents currently in the system.
All pending documents will be processed and delivered automatically, no action is required on your part.
In addition, the logins to Basware BT service will be unavailable for the duration of the maintenance.
We will send a concluding notification when the maintenance break is complete.
