How to provide SmartPDF Self Validation Tool access to user

This article provides instructions and guidelines for providing SmartPDF Self-Validation tool access to a user.

Details:

Users having Basware Admin application access can provide SmartPDF Self-Validation tool access to new users.

Basware Admin is a self-service user management web application mainly for customer admin users. 

     Test Basware Admin: https://test-admin.basware.com/ 
     Production Basware Admin: https://admin.basware.com/ 

(Note: If you handle user management for your company and do not have Basware Admin access, you can request it from the user who has Basware Admin access for your company.)

 

Users with Basware Admin access can follow the instructions below to provide SmartPDF Self-Validation access.

Instructions:

  1. Click on the "User Management" tab
  2. Click on the Create User button.
  3. Fill in all the mandatory fields (marked with an asterisk *).

       
        (Note: External code - Do not change the value in this field, as it is a unique identifier.)

  4. Select the login type under login Settings.

     
  5. Add the application SmartPdfSelfValidation under Groups.

       

  6. After completing all the steps above, click the Save button.
