Summary:

 

Basware Message is not transferring files, therefore the "Error uploading files: Unexpected end of file from server" is displayed.

This article is applicable if you are using a Proxy.

Checklist:

 

- check if you have increased the size of the files as per BWKB0013323; 

- check if in "Server configuration" tab a Proxy is enabled and a valid IP is added;

- if the Proxy is enabled then the "Split upload to 100k" option needs to be ticked as well;

- start the program and initiate a data transmission.
