Missing documents - SNI


Overview

We've experienced a degradation issue with inbound business documents from the SNI partner for the Romania and Turkey mandates. BT has rejected them since March 27 due to a missing image reference.

 

Current Status

The issue has been fixed, and new documents are being delivered.

SNI has resent all rejected documents to Basware.
