Basware has launched a new product, 'Basware Insights'. This upgraded version of Insights is designed to transform raw AP data into GenAI-driven actionable intelligence, empowering you to confidently make informed decisions. With the upgraded Insights, we bring you flexible dashboards, AI capabilities to empower you to achieve touchless invoice processing, and benchmarking capabilities to see how you perform in relation to industry peers and data access. All in one solution.

 The upgraded Insights is available in two tiers, each including both dashboards and data access service: 

• Insights Essentials: Ideal for companies looking to optimize their AP processes. 

• Insights Pro: Designed for organizations that need deeper insights, GenAI-driven actionable intelligence, and have a goal of fully touchless AP processes. 

What happens next?
All customers are now enabled for the upgraded version of Basware Insights. You can start using the upgraded Insights immediately.

Your organization now has access to the new dashboards:

• Analytics customers have been upgraded to Insights Essentials dashboards.
• Insights customers have been upgraded to Insights Pro dashboards. 

. The upgrade covers transitions to the new dashboards. The data access service will be available as an add-on service. 

The technical upgrade to the Insights dashboards will be available at no cost.  

Parallel usage of existing and new solutions

To ensure a smooth transition, the existing Analytics/Insights service will remain available in parallel during the transition period, starting April 1, 2025. The parallel usage period will conclude no later than September 30, 2025. Following this transition period, the older version of both Analytics and Insights will be discontinued and no longer available for use.

For the best experience, we strongly recommend adopting the new solution promptly and discontinuing the use of the existing solution as soon as possible.

We recommend that you start familiarizing yourself with the upgraded Basware Insights service in preparation for the upgrade.

• This is a great time to review your service subscription to consider upgrading to Insights Pro and data access capabilities.
