New Password guidelines:

Passwords should be generated with a minimum length of 12 characters. The password should include:

- At least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one special character.

- There is no maximum length for passwords.

- Password setup and reset should be done via a temporary link sent to the user's email, allowing them to create the password themselves.

 

Suggestions:

-Passwords must be at least 12 characters long.

-Restrain from using previously used passwords.

-Avoid using repetitive or incremental patterns like "Password1," "Password2," etc.

-Do not use context-specific words such as the application name or the vendor's name.

-Refrain from using the same password across multiple services.

-Passwords should not contain the user's full account name, full name, or date of birth.

 

How to reset the password:


If your current password meets these requirements, you will be able to log in to the portal. However, if it does not meet these requirements, you will be prompted to reset your password before logging in.

  1. Open the portal.

  2. Click on "Can't access your account"

             

  3. Enter the E-mail address linked to the account

             

  4. Click Next

  5. An email will be sent to the user's email address to reset the password within 24 hours.

             

 

Note:

1) If you face any issues with loading new logos & color schemes, please do a hard cache reload in the browser, as mentioned below:
