New Diners product codes for Travel Account due to general VAT change in Finland from 24% to 25,5% 1st of September 2024 are in the attachment: DC_TAC_Tuotekoodit.xlsx

In WEBADMIN go to Basic Data/Expenses/Product groups and check what is the correct product group number. In this case Product group ID = 1, Diners Travel Account. After that open Basic Data/Expenses/Products and add new codes from the attachment.

In DC_TAC_Tuotekoodit.xlsx on first sheet are all the product codes and on second sheet are the new codes that need to be added

 

 

In Product group 1 choose the biggest row id in use (in example it is 934) and use the next one, so row id 935.

Take a print screen of the earlier product with VAT 24% and then add similar product with new row number and the new product code. New VAT percentage is good to add to the code name. Do this for all new codes with VAT 25,5% and remember to save them. VAT change in Finland takes place 1st of September, so it is good to add the codes immediately.
