How to deactivate or delete a Cloudscan 3.0 user?


Summary: How to deactivate or delete a Cloudscan 3.0 user?

 

Instructions:

  1.  Login to the Basware Admin portal (https://admin.basware.com/) in production.
  2.  Go to the "User management" section.

         

  3.  You can search for the user by typing the name in the Quick filter box.

       

  4.  To deactivate the user click on the button shown below:

     

  5.  The deactivated user will appear as below with the button greyed out.

     

  6.  To permanently delete the user from Basware Admin click on the three dots.
