Summary:

This is an change in Alusta 23.10 regarding to the web-edit.  It is not affecting the vast majority customers who have been actively using this feature. However, 

• Web-edit is not included to Analytics for customers who has signed up for Analytics from Jan 2023 onward. 
• Web-edit is turned off for customers who has not used web-edit functionality.
• Web-edit is turned off for all the test tenants. 

You may not be able to see, create and edit the "Custom" reports.

For example, the Custom one under the Spend drop-down is removed from your Test environment.

We understand that you have concerns about the planned change from our product team regarding the web-edit feature.

We would like to assure you that this change is necessary to improve the overall performance of our system and better serve all of our customers. Analytics web-edit feature is a very heavy server resource consuming process, and there is limited usage on the test tenants. By disabling the feature, we can free up resources for better scaling for all customers and support the real needs.

We have turned off the feature for new customers and customers who are not actively using it. We are also in the process of ramping down the usage of web-edit and completely removing it. However, we are replacing it with a new and better solution that is currently under design.
