Summary:

This article provides instructions for when customers want to receive business documents from BaswareONE, through SMTP.

 

Make sure:

1.  BaswareONE email server IP address is whitelisted: 185.250.238.54 
        If the IP address of the email server is not whitelisted, the incoming business documents from BaswareONE SMTP will be blocked by your firewall.
   
   
2.  The send-from email addresses are from the following email domains: @basware.com, @baswareone.com, @basware.be
