What is the issue?
When sending invoices to your client, Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche Aktiengesellschaft, you have received the following error message:
The receiver does not accept documents with 0 Tax without an exemption reason.
Resolution:
For zero tax printed on documents it is mandatory to mention the corresponding tax exemption reason. Please select and print one of the tax exemption reason exactly how it is specified in the table below.
Please note that it is mandatory to also include the keywords “Tax Exemption”, and to print the reason of the tax exemption right under the corresponding keywords.
