While reviewing the reported quality feedback, we identified one or more documents that were missing mandatory information in order for us to perform the quality analysis.
The reported feedback did not contain the Scan Service ID's for the business documents. It is mandatory to have a unique identifier for each business document in order for us to locate the correct file for further analysis.
Please ensure mandatory information will be included when submitting Scan and Capture quality feedback forms to Basware.
This error does not require any actions from Basware.
