While reviewing the reported quality feedback, we identified one or more values that have been captured correctly in the data capture service environment. It is possible that the value has changed after the data capturing process or there has been a reporting error and incorrect information in the feedback report. This type of error always requires a more detailed analysis of the end-to-end processing flow of the business document.


A business document was sent to the data capture service with purchase order number PO123456789. Basware's data capture service captured the purchase order number correctly. As part of the business document processing, the e-invoice XML is converted to be in a format that is supported by your invoice processing system. A configuration error in the XML conversion resulted in the incorrect purchase order number in the output file.

We have opened a separate incident in our ticketing system to follow up further on the corrective measures related to this expected value released error. We will contact you through the incident for further discussion.

If the reported field is one of the below ones, then an additional checkup is done (linked fields):

The data capture service's quality team will provide you with analysis through the incident (ticket). If Basware systems modify the field value, then the incident will be sent to the support team for further investigation from the specific invoice processing system. In case you are using other than the Basware invoice processing system, then the support team will handle the investigation together with your system service provider. In such a case, please open a ticket with your invoice processing system provider to analyze the issue.
