While reviewing the reported quality feedback, we identified that the business document image is not meeting the quality requirements of the data capture service. Due to this, the reported fields/values were not captured. Please see the quality requirements in the section below.

Example

Accurate data capture and validation might not be possible for the following reasons:

• Handwritten fields and values.
• The characters shown in the original document are unclear.
• The document is in a language other than those within the list of fully-supported languages.
• PDF e-mail invoices or in-house scanned invoices with lower resolution than 300 DPI.
• Documents are printed with a dot matrix printer.
• Documents with a paper density of less than 80g/m2.

Customer actions

To prevent such errors, please get in touch with the sender of the business document, requesting to ensure the image quality meets the service requirements.

Basware actions

This error does not require any actions from Basware.
