Summary:

• This article helps to create Open Campaign in Basware portal.
• Open campaign is used to invite the supplier to join Basware portal and send the documents using Basware services free of charge.

Instructions:

• Login to Basware portal.
• Click on Network tab  then click on Campaigns and then click on Create New Campaign.

• Specify your goal percentage like 20, 25 or 100.
• Then click Set as Primary and click on Next.

• Write Campaign name , campaign End date.
• Then select the No email, I will contact the Supplier myself.
• Then create Campaign URL and Validate it.
• Then Next.

 

• If you want to use your own landing page then select a file.
• Otherwise click on Next.

• Your Open campaign has been created. Please click on Complete.
• You can share the campaign URL with your supplier now.
