Basware’s new HTML5-based user interface is now available for AP professional users. It will take user experience to a new level and save even more time for AP professional users. AP Pro is browser-independent and works on most of the browsers with no plug-ins or apps needed. You can already do 90% of your daily invoice related activities within the first release of AP Pro since it contains all the needed views and most of the single invoice actions. There are also two batch actions available: send to validation and transfer.
AP Pro contains various enhancements and new features that are not available in the Workplace user interface:
- Works on most browsers with no plug-ins or apps needed
- Works with multiple browser tabs and windows open
- Everything in one view for more efficient use
- Split views for faster invoice editing and processing
- Improved search capabilities, like saving searches. This saves time when doing regularly occurring searches.
- PDF viewer makes it easy to read and copy from PDF images
- Pivoting capabilities that are more powerful than those in Workplace
- New control state that keeps your settings in a safe place
More new functionality will be added during 2020, but the first version of the user interface is already available for everyone and can be used in parallel with the Workplace AP professional tools. Please contact your Customer Service Manager to get AP Pro activated.
