2 Procurement
2.1 Edit coding in purchase orders in Edge

2.2 Adding purchase requisition line in Edge

Edge now supports a possibility to copy a purchase requisition line and to add a completely new empty line.
2.3 Edit line level delivery address in approval, finalize, and review phases in Edge

Now delivery address in requisition line level details will be possible also in other requisition workflow phases: Review, finalize and approve.
3 AP Automation
3.1 Support for error/warning setting for association validation rules

Feature Implementation: Basware consultant work is needed before customer can take into use
Match Orders has standard validation rules that evaluate differences between invoice and purchase order data. For example, the currency validation rule is preventing the association if the order contains a different currency than the invoice. Now the validation rules can be parameterized to allow the association. When an invoice is matched with a selected purchase order and the validation rule identifies a discrepancy, it can raise a warning instead of an error that allows the system to proceed with the matching activity. The following data fields can be validated with the standard rule set: organization, supplier, currency, tax code, product code, and unit of measure.
4 Platform
4.1 Enhanced user experience for session timeout and logout

The session timeout and logout pages have enhanced user experience. These pages now offer a re-login capability also for single sign-on (SSO) authenticated users.
4.2 Scheduler task execution control

There is now an enhanced control for ensuring that scheduled automatic task executions do not overlap accidentally. The control is configurable and enabled by default.
