What is the issue?

Forgotten the password for BT Monitor https://bt.basware.com.

Resolution:

1.  Go to BT Monitor by visiting https://bt.basware.com
2.  Click on the “Forgot your password" link.
3.  Enter the email address that you used to register in BT Monitor. 
4.  Click on the "Send" button.
5.  Check your inbox for the password reset email. 
6.  Follow the instructions provided in the email to reset your password.
