BT Service Alerts: Recipient not found

What is the issue?

This error notification email is sent automatically from BT when the recipient address is incorrect.

Service BT, E-invoice for Sending, Integrated solution (BTS, FTP etc.)
Error message Recipient with ID xxxx could not be found, or ID matches several eInvoice address patterns.


Please check and correct the recipient's information and resend the invoice.
