Product Manager notification emails

You can receive email alerts for Product Manager, informing you of when a buyer sends an agreement,  when agreement changes have been approved and upcoming expiration of price lists and agreements.

 

How do add / edit the notification address?

Login to commerce hub with your Basware account at the following address:

 

https://buyers.mpuk.basware.com/admin/login/auth

 

Once logged in select Settings, followed by Organisation Management:

 

 

Select the Contact information tab:

 

 

 

Enter the email address you wish to receive notifications to under Notification recipients, you can add multiple addresses by separating with a semi colon. Once you have done this click the Save button in the top right corner:
