Summary:

Basware Message can experience connectivity issues between the machine where it is installed and our Gateway servers.

Checklist:

Please check if  the following error is displayed when a data transmission is initiated:

• Error uploading files: Server returned HTTP response code: 407

This indicates that your proxy settings, in Basware Message, are not correct;

Resolution:

• In order to fix this error please insert your correct proxy details in Basware Message;
• Open the application and click on Configuration;

• In the Server Configuration tab, enable the Proxy checkbox, add your Address,Port and also Username and Password if you are using them;

 

• Click OK at the bottom and Start the data transmission;
