To which customers am I able to send invoices as a PDF e-Invoice sender using this free service?
Instructions:
The PDF e-Invoice service allows you to send e-invoices to any Basware customer who has invited you to use the service. Your customers have to share their PDF e-Invoice email address (@email.basware.com) with you.
It is not possible to send documents to companies that are:
- not using Basware Network (for instance customers connected via the Peppol network)
- Basware customers that are not supporting PDF e-Invoice
Before you can send PDF e-invoices, the first requirement is to request your customer's receiving email address.
There are two options for getting this:
1. If you are already connected to your customer:
- Login to Basware Portal
- Open the Network page and click the Customers tab.
- Type your customer’s name in the Search field and open the supplier kit to check the receiving email address:
2. If you:
- are not connected to your customer/buyer
- do not have the PDF e-Invoice service activated
- are not yet registered in Basware Portal as a PDF e-Invoice sender
then you must ask your customer to provide you with the registration link, so you can create an account into the Basware Portal and activate the service. During the registration process, you will also be provided with the customer’s supplier kit that contains details on the invoice mandatory requirements and the receiving email address(es).
