I am a supplier using the PDF eInvoice (free) service and my layout has changed or will change. What can I do to avoid that my documents get stuck or rejected?
As a supplier of the service, you're entitled to have 1 layout. This layout is mapped upon sending your first invoice(s) to us for processing.
If the layout of your invoices is changed or will be changed without informing us, your documents will get stuck as they cannot be processed.
Please contact Basware Support so they can look into the changes and adjust the layout where required.
