Summary:

Basware Message can use a Company Paper that will be integrated in the sending phase along with your documents.

Checklist:

If you need to add a Company Paper, make sure that the file has the correct format:

• File Format: TIFF;
• Size: DIN-A4 (21 cm x 29.7 cm; 8.27 inches x 11.69 inches);
• Resolution: 300 dpi;
• Color: Black & White (not gray or similar);
• Compression: CCITT Group 4 Fax Encoding;

Resolution:

• Open the Configuration of Basware Message;

• In the Local Configuration tab you can either add or if needed remove a configured company paper;

• Click on OK to save your selection.
