Summary:

If you are sending files to us, there are a few things to consider:

• File names do not matter, our server renames all incoming data automatically;

We can receive the following document types:

• Structured data formats: EDIFACT, XML, etc.;
• Graphical data formats: PDF, Postscript;
• ZIP files;

If you wish to send PDF attachments, they have to fit in one of the categories below:

• In the same graphical file on the following pages (example 1);
• Structured files (only .xml) + attachments (filename does not matter) together in one .ZIP file (example 2);
• PDF document + PDF attachments (filename MUST start with attachment) together in one .ZIP file (example 3);

If you wish to receive files via SFTP we need to know your desired format
