What is the issue?

The document that you've sent for processing could not be processed because:

• The document data set does not correspond to the format agreed in the test phase (e.g., Edifact, SAP Idoc, XML);
• Changes were made in the document format which was used in the test phase and agreed to be used in production.

Resolution:

Please check whether this is a system error on your part that unwillingly modified the structure or elements of the structure. Should this be the case, please correct the errors and resend the document.
In case you have made changes to the data format that also need to be taken into account by us, this may require billable adjustments. In order to asses the need for this, please contact our Support team.
