Summary:

Basware Message data transmission is done using HTTP.

All files will be encrypted with a md5 certificate.

This is a Java based software.

Please make sure that you are able to reach our servers from your network.

If needed the following information must be added in your Firewall.

Global Gateway:

• URL: http://bwvpgateway.basware.com;
• IP : 34.249.36.168;
• Port: 80;

German Gateway:

• URL: http://srv1.first-businesspost.com;
• IP: 34.249.76.103;
• Backup IP: 54.246.237.194;
• Port: 80;

Please note that our servers are in AWS.

You cannot PING our servers.

The connection can be tested by using Telnet (for example: open your command prompt and write telnet srv1.first-businesspost.com 80. If it takes you to a black screen, it means that you are reaching our server).
