Summary:

If the files will be signed with a new certificate, you have to add the corresponding root certificates in your Download Manager.

The actual root certificates for the application can be found attached.

This can also solve certificate related errors.

Resolution:

• To import additional certificates into the Download Manager, please open the software and click on Certificates;

• Then click on Import;

• Now select the new certificate and click on Import;

• Give this certificate a name (it is best to use the same file name);

• Confirm with OK;
• Restart the application;
