User account is locked

When attempting to log in to InvoiceReady, you might encounter the following error message: "Incorrect login. The user name is locked."

This is caused by one of the following:

A) Your user account's password has been entered incorrectly 3 times, resulting in the account becoming locked.

B) A main user / administrator has set your account to the "locked" status.

To resolve the issue, contact your organization's main user(s) or administrator(s) and request that your user account be unlocked.

Note that in case your password was entered incorrectly 3 times in a row before, unlocking the account or changing the password will not reset this counter. The number of incorrect logins will only be reset upon a successful login with the correct password.
