User account is not working and the user cannot login into IP.
Resolution:
- Open IP Admin.
- Open User Management.
- Check that the 'User account active' is checked in 'Basic Data' tab.

- Open the 'User Rights' tab.
- Check that the user has a user group.

- Open the 'Licenses' tab.
- Check that the user has the necessary licenses. For example, Thinclient license for Thinclient users.
