Summary:
If you have received the following error message "The PDF from the email contains more than one invoice" there are a few things to consider.
Checklist:
- Only one PDF invoice + attachments is recommended to be sent in per email;
- In each PDF file should be only one Invoice. For example if you want to send two invoices you must send two emails, each email containing one PDF file with one invoice;
- Maximum email size is 5 MB but can also vary depending on the emails ending tool.
- If you have checked and your documents meet all the requirements above, there can also be an error in processing leading to this rejection and for this you should open a case with our support;
