What is the issue?

You may receive the following error message when sending pdf-files.

"Your message sent to the Basware e-Invoice Email Lite service has been rejected!"

Resolution:

Email was sent from an unregistered email address or your e-mail signature contains a picture. E-mails with other attachments then the PDF invoice are rejected by BT.

Contact support if you have checked that you have not sent anything else in your email than plain text and .pdf as annex.

Also check that your message contains no more than one invoice.

Also notice that the name of annex should not contain special characters such as å, ä, ö and the version of the .pdf should be at least 1.4.
