Summary:

The Sender ID is a number with which you are registered in our network

Each account has a main Sender ID and any number of additional secondary Sender IDs linked to it.

A Sender ID can be paired with our servers just from one Basware Message installation at any given time (for example: if you have 2 computers, each with Basware Message installed and one Sender ID, you cannot configure the same one on the second machine. If you decide to use it and paired the second Basware Message with our servers, the first one will stop working).

Resolution:

• If you need to find your current Sender ID, first open Basware Message;
• Click on Configuration;

• In Local Configuration in the Sender(s) window you can see your ID.
