Verify User Notification Settings
- Log in to Basware Admin or User Management.
- Navigate to:
Settings → User Management → [Select the User] → Notification Preferences
- Check the value of Notification Type / Frequency.
- If set to “Daily Summary”, Basware does not send separate email notifications for each invoice. Instead, a single summary email is sent once per day that includes details of all pending invoices.
Update the Notification Preference (if the user wants individual emails
- In the Notification Preferences section, change the setting from “Daily Summary” to “Immediate” or “Per Invoice.”
- Immediate / Per Invoice: Sends a separate email notification for each invoice.
- Daily Summary: Sends one consolidated email per day.
- Save the changes.
- Ask the user to log out and log back in to ensure the change takes effect.
Confirm Functionality
- Trigger or wait for a new invoice notification event.
- Confirm that the user now receives:
- Individual emails (if set to Immediate), or
- A single daily summary (if left as Daily Summary).
