new or changed articles (products)


Problem:
I have changed new items, or existing items. What do I have to do?


Solution:
If your articles are deposited in our system, please send a text file (preferably Excel) to our customer support, so that they can transfer the data to our system. You will receive an e-mail confirmation as soon as the data is entered in our system. Afterwards, you might have to submit documents that were rejected due to missing or incorrect article data.
