It may take a while before the confirmation message is delivered to your email address.
- Check your junk/spam folder, to locate the confirmation email.
- Check that the confirmation link is still valid. You must proceed within 168 hours from receiving the link. If you get a message that says your confirmation link has expired, you must start the registration process over. To do this, open the link in the invitation you received and sign up to the service again.
- Check if your email security policy allows you to receive emails from a “no.reply” email address. The confirmation email is sent from no.reply@basware.com address, so please make sure that you have whitelisted this email address.
If you do not receive the confirmation message within an hour, contact Basware support via chat by clicking the button available on the support portal.
