Summary:
This article provides instructions and guidelines to update their notification settings on their own.
By default, only administrators can update notification settings for users within the organization. If you would like to enable regular users to manage their own notification settings, please follow the instructions provided in this article.
Note: If you handle user management for your company and do not have Basware AP administrator access, you can request it from the user who has Basware AP system administrator access for your company.
Instructions:
To enable this setting, follow the steps below:
Note: This is an organization-level change and will apply to the entire company.
1. Go to the Organizations tab.
2. Select the company for which you want to enable these settings.
3. Check the box labeled “Allow changes to personal notification emails.” This setting allows individual users to update their own notification email preferences.
