Summary: 

 

When sending large Post Script files the following error can occur: Error uploading files: Connection reset

 

Checklist:

 

• check if you have increased the size of the files as per BWKB0013323;  
• check if the Proxy is enabled then the "Split upload to 100k" option needs to be ticked as well as per BWKB0019773

 

Resolution:

 

Send the documents in PDF format instead of PostScript.

After the document is generated by the ERP, you click on print, select "Microsoft Print to PDF" printer and send the document to the Basware message printing folder:

 

After the documents are in the printing folder open Basware message and select the "Print PDF directly" option from the PDF tab:
