Summary:
If nothing happens when you click on "Run now",this is not an application error but the program does not find any data to transfer.
Checklist:
- Find your Local Path and check if there is any data to be transferred. This can be done by opening the application and clicking on the Configuration button. In the Local Configuration tab you will find your Local Path. Open that folder and check if there are any files inside.

- Check the Basware Message version that you are using.If you are using Basware Message LE use Guide 1.
If you use Basware Message use Guide 1 and continue with Guide 2.
Resolution:
Guide 1:
- If there are no files inside the folder and you are using the Basware Message Printer to create your documents, it means that the files are stored in another location. This can be fixed by opening Control Pannel,select Devices and Printers and find your Basware Message Printer. Right click on the printer Icon and select Printer Properties. In the Ports section find your Printer Port, click on Configure Port and insert the Local Path that Basware Message uses as an Output folder. This will ensure that the files created will be kept in the same folder from where they are sent;

- If you are sending PDF files, make sure that your software is storing them in the correct folder;
- If the files exist but these are not sent, your user does not have enough permissions to read and write information from the folders used by the application. This issue can be resolved by adding your user and giving it the required control.First open your Basware Message application and check in configuration which Local Path, Log Path and if used Attachments folder are you using;

- Open the location and Right Click on the folder, selecting at the bottom Properties;

- In the Security tab click on Edit;

- Select Add and search for your user by inserting the name into the text box,then click on Check Names;

- If it was found click on OK;
- Repeat the same operation for every folder including the Basware Message folder that can be found in the path "C:\ProgramData\Basware" where the program has a stored configuration file;
- Open the application and press on Start Now. Your documents should be sent;
Guide 2:
- If your Basware Message version is not LE, open the application, go to Configuration and in the Name Filter tab make sure that your file type is checked. If you are not sending any attachments or you send them manually by using the Interactive method, click inside the Identifier field for your file type and delete the text from it (the result should be a blank cell as shown below);

- Open the application and press on Start Now. Your documents should be sent;
