The Documents > Purchase orders search view is visible to user only if the user has been granted the proper user rights.

To add these user rights, go to P2P Administration > User Roles > User Rights tab and select one or many of the following:

• Manage my own purchase orders
• Approve purchase order
• View my own purchase orders

With the Manage purchase orders user right, the user is not able see this section.
