Summary

The purpose of this document is to provide instructions for password reset in case you have forgotten your password for the Basware Portal.

Instructions:

1. From the main page, click on "Forgot your password?"

2. Enter your e-mail address and then click on "Send Request"

3. You will receive an e-mail address from Basware.

4. Click on "Reset your password" button.

5. Type in your new password taking in consideration the requirements (marked in blue square)

6. Click on "Change Password" button.

Your password has been changed message appears on the screen.

You can now log in using your e-mail address and new password.
